About Mission First™

About Mission First™

Identity. Clarity. Execution.

We’re building more than a program.

Mission First™ is a human transformation platform built around a simple idea: develop the individual, build the capacity, create the conditions for something greater to emerge, then put that capacity in service of a mission.

At its foundation, Mission First brings together identity work, nervous-system regulation, vitality, physical challenge, adventure, brotherhood, coaching and real-world integration.

The work begins with the individual, but it isn’t intended to end there.

Our vision is to build an ecosystem where people can first experience the work, then, for those called to go further, learn to facilitate it, coach it, lead it, and eventually build their own business within the Mission First network.

The long-term model is inspired in part by what CrossFit accomplished in fitness: establish a methodology, develop coaches, create standards, empower local operators and allow a global community to grow through independently operated affiliates.

Mission First intends to explore that model for something broader: human transformation, self-mastery and excellence.

§ 02 What Is Mission First?

What is Mission First?

Different expressions. One underlying journey.

Mission First is being built as an interconnected ecosystem rather than a single product. The foundation is the I-AAiMM™ Method, combined with applied vitality, identity development, nervous-system regulation, physical training, experiential learning, adventure, brotherhood and mission.

Our current and developing ecosystem includes:

Self-MasteryIndependenceInterdependenceCollective CoherenceEmergenceMission

We believe transformation becomes more powerful when it moves beyond information. A person experiences the work. They embody it. Some eventually learn to facilitate it. Some become coaches. Some become leaders.

And a select group may ultimately build Mission First communities and businesses of their own. That is the ecosystem we are beginning to build.

§ 03 The Vision

A Global Network for Human Transformation

We are at the beginning.

Our intention is not to pretend the entire network already exists. It is to build the foundation correctly, prove what works, develop exceptional coaches and leaders, establish clear standards, and expand deliberately.

Sequence creates something that scale cannot.

Over time, we envision Mission First becoming a recognized methodology and global community for people committed to developing themselves and using that development in service of something meaningful. That could ultimately mean Mission First Execution Rooms operating in different cities, certified coaches leading communities, immersive experiences taking place around the world, regional leadership, faculty educating the next generation of coaches, and independently owned affiliates operating under shared methodology, standards and brand.

The ambition is significant. But the sequence matters.

  • Methodology before scale.
  • Results before expansion.
  • Exceptional coaches before more coaches.
  • Culture before footprint.
  • Mission before growth.

We don’t want to build the biggest network first.

We want to build one worth belonging to.

§ 04 Two Journeys. One Ecosystem.

01

The Participant

Not everyone needs to become a coach. For many people, Mission First exists for one reason:

To become more capable of living the life they know they’re here to live.

A participant can enter an Execution Room or Mission First experience, learn the methodology, develop greater self-mastery, strengthen their physiology and nervous system, challenge existing patterns, clarify identity and mission, experience genuine brotherhood and take those tools back into everyday life.

There is no requirement to turn the experience into a profession.

The outcome may simply be becoming a stronger leader, husband, father, entrepreneur, teammate or human being.

  • ExperienceEnter the work. Be challenged. Build awareness.
  • EmbodyDevelop self-mastery, regulate your system, and strengthen your identity.
  • IntegrateApply the tools in real life. Lead yourself well in the moments that matter.
  • ConnectExperience brotherhood and build meaningful relationships.
  • ContributeLive with clarity and purpose. Put your capacity in service of something greater.

Because ultimately the question isn’t only: How optimized can I become?

It’s: What does that optimization allow me to contribute?

02

The Coach → Leader → Affiliate

For others, experiencing Mission First may reveal another path.

They don’t simply want to participate in transformation.

They want to learn how to create it for others.

The developing professional pathway is designed to allow someone to progress through increasing levels of education, responsibility, competency and leadership:

  1. Participant
  2. Mission First Level 1 Practitioner
  3. Mission First Certified Coach
  4. Mission First Master Coach
  5. Mission First Experience Leader
  6. Mission First Faculty / Educator
  7. Regional Mission First Leader
  8. Mission First Affiliate / Experience Owner
  9. Master Affiliate / Regional Partner
Progression isn’t automatic

Each stage is intended to represent demonstrated competence, embodiment, leadership, contribution and adherence to Mission First standards.

Bigger than coaching

Eventually, the opportunity becomes larger than coaching. Our intention is to create the infrastructure for qualified people to potentially build careers, communities and businesses inside the Mission First ecosystem, supported by methodology, education, curriculum, brand, operational systems, marketing resources, standards and an international network.

Many containers, one mission

The equivalent of opening a gym within the traditional affiliate model may not necessarily be a physical Mission First facility. It could be an Execution Room, local Mission First community, recurring transformational experience, Adventure Vitality Experience, or eventually a dedicated Mission First location.

The container can evolve. The foundation doesn’t.

The container can evolve. The methodology, standards and mission remain coherent.

The Founders

Three Different Paths. One Shared Vision.

Mission First was created through the convergence of three distinct bodies of experience.

01
Mike J. Rosenfeld

Mike J. Rosenfeld

Mike J. Rosenfeld brings decades inside high-performance environments, human performance, neuroscience, breathwork, leadership development and the foundational I-AAiMM™ Method. His work provides a core methodology for understanding and changing the subconscious patterns and internal operating systems that influence how people perform.

02
Justin Reich

Justin Reich

Justin Reich brings nearly two decades of work across strength coaching, mindset, functional medicine, self-image psychology, hormone optimization and mindfulness. His perspective expands strength beyond physical performance into how a man leads himself, navigates relationships and shows up in the areas of life that matter most.

03
Lee Davy

Lee Davy

Lee Davy brings more than three decades of experience exploring human potential, personal growth and total vitality, integrating training, nutrition, supplementation, detoxification, breathwork, nervous-system regulation, nootropics, peptides, technology and identity. His work connects the internal transformation of the individual with the physiology and vitality required to embody it in everyday life.

Together, the founders bring experience across identity, neuroscience, vitality, strength, nervous-system regulation, mindset, relationships, breathwork, coaching, leadership and human performance.

But Mission First isn’t intended to become a monument to its founders. Their job is to establish the foundation.

The larger vision is to develop the people who eventually carry it forward.

§ 06 Where We’re Going

Mission First begins with experiences. But the intention is to create an ecosystem.

One where transformation can become education. Education can become certification. Certification can become mastery. Mastery can become leadership. Leadership can become ownership.

And independently capable people can become part of something collectively more powerful than any one of them could build alone. That’s the deeper architecture behind Mission First:

  • Independence builds capacity.
  • Interdependence creates connection.
  • Collective coherence creates alignment.
  • Emergence creates possibility.
  • Mission turns possibility into action.

We don’t know every form Mission First will eventually take. Nor should we. Part of the philosophy is creating the conditions for emergence rather than pretending we already know every outcome.

What we do know is what we intend to build:

  • A world-class methodology.
  • Exceptional coaches.
  • Transformational experiences.
  • Strong local communities.
  • Independent operators.
  • A coherent global network.
  • And people capable of putting their strength in service of something greater than themselves.

This is the beginning.

The warrior. The garden. The individual. The brotherhood. The coherence. The emergence. The mission.
