How Mission First handles your information.

Information we collect

When you submit an application, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email, phone number, role or company, program interest, and written responses. We also collect limited referral and campaign information, such as UTM parameters and the page that referred you. To limit form abuse, we store a one-way hash derived from the connection address rather than the raw address.

How we use it

We use application information to assess fit, contact you about Mission First, understand which offerings interest applicants, protect the application form from abuse, and improve the website.

Storage and service providers

Applications are first stored in an isolated database schema hosted on Supabase, then forwarded to Mission First’s contact system (Inigo) for team review. When notification email delivery is configured, application notification messages are transmitted to the Mission First team via Plunk’s transactional email service. These systems operate under strict access boundaries: database tables are secured with isolated schemas and token-gated RPC functions without direct public access.

Website analytics and performance

We use analytics tools to understand website performance and improve the application experience:

• Vercel Web Analytics measures anonymous pageviews without tracking personal identities.
• Vercel Speed Insights measures Core Web Vitals to maintain fast, responsive page loads.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4), when active via configured measurement ID, measures anonymous funnel milestones such as button clicks, form starts, and successful application submissions.

Sharing

Mission First does not sell application information. Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, application storage, analytics, and applicant follow-up, or when disclosure is required by law.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete application information by emailing Mike@thenextwin.co. Requests will be handled subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
